How Auctions Work

Uppbod.com hosts auctions for sellers.
As a user, you can bid on items and sell items to the highest bidder.

Here's what you need to know:

• Every bid or confirmed purchase is binding
  Once you place a bid, it's binding — even if the reserve price hasn’t been met or you don’t end up winning. If the highest bid isn’t accepted, the seller may move to the next highest valid bid.
• Account verification and payment info are required
  You’ll need to verify your identity and save your payment details before bidding. If your card can’t be charged, we’ll contact you to fix it.
• Auctions are time-limited
  Each auction has a set end time. You can track how much time is left either on the item page or in your watchlist.
• Auctions can extend
  If someone places a last-minute bid, the auction extends by 90 seconds. Auctions always stay open for at least 90 seconds after the latest bid to give everyone a fair chance to respond.
• How reserve prices work
  Sellers can set a minimum price they are willing to accept. If bidding ends below that price, the seller has 48 hours to decide whether to accept the highest bid. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours, the item wasn't sold and might go up for auction again.

In short:
All bids are binding. If you have the winning bid, you’re responsible for paying, including all applicable fees. Auctions can extend and always stay open at least 90 seconds after the last bid.

No fake goods, counterfeit brands, stolen designs, or anything that violates copyright laws. Always respect creators' rights.

Report illegal activity

Don’t harm the service

No viruses, no hacks, no bots. Don’t mess with our website, services, or systems.
